Partners for a Healthier Community (PHC) has nine permanent staff with extensive public health experience in the Pioneer Valley, a cadre of program and research contractors and is governed by a 20-member Board of Directors.

PHC is led by a Board of Directors made up of leaders in the region from multiple sectors. Their appointment to the Board requires that they participate in the Glasswing's Healing Racism training.
